What if Annie Oakley was in the movie parent trap 1998? Blending pop culture with frontier mythology, the painting reimagines the legend of Annie Oakley. It collapses history and fiction, into the image of a young woman who stands confidently, wearing a “Camp Walden” patch. The figure is part legendary frontierswoman, part modern girl at camp. BTW, she was mentioned in the movie., actually.
